La Iaia presenta la versin XXL de su nuevo disco On s la mgia? (Msica Global, 2014), una propuesta totalmente nueva que nace gracias a la colaboracin establecida con la copla Bisbal Jove. En total, quince msicos en el escenario desgranando el repertorio del nuevo trabajo del tro de Osona vestido con una sonoridad espectacular gracias a los arreglos hechos por Xavier Molina.
La Iaia son Ernest Crusats (guitarra y voz), Jordi Casadess (guitarra, bajo, teclados, samplers, xilfono y iPad) y Jordi Torrents (batera y percusiones). La Iaia ha recibido el premio Grupo revelacin segn pblico y crtica a los Enderrock 2011 y 2012, respectivamente, y fueron los ganadores del concurso Sona 9 en 2010.
La copla Bisbal Jove nace en 1990 con msicos formados en la Escuela de Copla Conrad Saln de La Bisbal d’Empord, fundada en 1981. El repertorio de la Bisbal Jove incluye sardanas, oficios solemnes, pasacalles, bailes decimonnicos, conciertos pedaggicos , grabaciones, encuentros y conciertos de msica para cobla. La copla Bisbal Jove apuesta por la mezcla de tradicin e innovacin y para acercar la copla a nuevos pblicos, a travs de la fusin con diferentes gneros musicales y las colaboraciones con artistas de todo tipo.
