Xenoula es el proyecto personal de Romy Xeno. Romy pas su infancia viviendo en Sudfrica, donde fue fuertemente influenciada por las canciones populares de las pequeas aldeas, con sus ritmos folclricos y los instrumentos hechos a mano. Cuando volvi a UK a los 16 aos, el choque cultural entre ambos mundos fue la base de inspiracin para su msica, tan alejada de la gente que estaba a su alrededor en ese momento. Para ella, este proyecto fue una forma de evasin, y una exploracin de la naturaleza y las contradicciones humanas.
