Fue compuesto por Bob Gaudio (The Four Seasons) y Jake Holmes, que haba compuesto previamente el lbum conceptual de The Four Seasons. A pesar de que el single I Would Be In Love (anyway) lleg a estar en el top 5 en las listas de msica Adult Contemporary, el lbum tuvo un tibio recibimiento en aquel momento, pero se ha reevaluado en aos recientes y se le considera ahora como una de las mejores grabaciones de Sinatra.
