El cuarteto de New Jersey, ahora quinteto, lleva ms de una dcada de carrera con una formacin cuasi inalterable y en la que sus miembros alternan Real Estate con otros proyectos; el cantante Martin Courtney (Predator Vision), el guitarra Matthew Mondanile (Ducktails), el bajista Alex Bleeker (Alex Bleeker & the Freaks) y el batera Etienne Duguay (Predator Vision).
