Chopin reinvent el preludio; sus emblemticos 24 Preludios Op. 28 son los ms conocidos y los que Lisiecki presenta en esta grabacin. Jan Lisiecki seala que “otros compositores tambin adoptaron esta forma musical abierta con un nuevo propsito, dejando su propia huella en ella”.
