Hace unas pocas semanas, Jaakko Eino Kalevi comparti la noticia de que su nuevo lbum saldra a la venta a travs de Weird World, ahora, al fin sabemos que Out Of Touch estar disponible el 12 de octubre. Este nuevo trabajo su 5 de estudio contina el camino de exploracin que ha convertido a Jaakko en uno de los artistas ms especiales y diferentes de la msica independiente contempornea.
Escrito y producido por el propio Jaakko Eino Kalevi en 2017 entre Helsinki y Berln, donde l vive ahora y donde ha compuesto las 10 canciones que suponen el lbum. Incluso ha tocado todos los intrumentos del mismo hasta las finas lneas de saxofn que completan el disco -, para crear un universo propio que va desde la influencia de la Motown al dub, pero con claras armonias pop. Una vuelta muy esperada para uno de los grandes artistas que tenemos actualmente.
Este lbum, su quinto largo en solitario, se presenta como un paso adelante en la carrera de un artista nico, que no ha parado de crear desde su ltimo disco. Incluso llegando a trabajar junto a David Byrne en American Utopia.
